Warsaw is the new Berlin

Not everyone knows what a 'paella' is in Poland, but it might not always be the case, what with the story of one Spaniard who moved to Warsaw to launch his own little food empire. He might be on to something: the country has gradually shed its image of being a former soviet bloc. Its growing economy and steady development is facilitating the rise of multiculturalism, especially in the capital, where more and more residents are coming up with original and innovative ideas, whether they are native Poles or expats from across Europe.
