On 6 January, the folk-rock street band La Rue Ketanou and musician Akim Rebeau des Bois (‘des Bois’ being Robin Hood’s surname in French) serenaded the assembled ‘indignant citizens’ with their guitars, at an event organised by the creative café ‘La Rotonde’ in the north of Paris. The cold night air didn’t bother the hundreds of young Parisians who turned up to dance to the songs about injustices practiced against ordinary men and women. However, after the concert the 'indignant' protest which had almost reached the Russian embassy was stopped by the police. Around fifty young people ended their evening with a visit to the nearby police station (Image: alter1fo/ Flickr)
