It’s the first blow suffered by the current heads of the EU, which will run between January and June 2010. Nor did it come from the opposition or other EU colleagues. Four days into the presidency, internet hackers attacked the official page of the Spanish presidency and changed prime minister Jose Luis Rodríguez Zapatero’s photo for that of the English fictional comic character, Mr. Bean.
