Try not to vomit: French conservative youths ring in 2010 with lip dub video

2009 is trundling down and shaking off its crisis dandruff. The French president’s in on the act too. One point for optimism: his conservative party UMP has almost overdosed on the cheese in this clip, where ‘the worst risk is not to take a risk at all.’ Lip dub is in, we heard, so chill and watch the likes of Rachida Dati, Luc Besson, Rama Yade and a pregnant woman mouth along to us: ‘we can all change the world!’ Our sole question is whether the video actually speaks for France’s youth today…
