Spangly sequinned drag queens, folklore tedium, Spanish 'ChikiChiki' and a crooning Irish muppet. During the 53rd Eurovision song contest from 20 to 24 May in Belgrade, Europe’s music types once more let their speciality potpourri of mediocrity loose. Is someone actually taking this seriously?
