I first wanted to have a "vox pop" article with the opinion of many babelians, but as you're almost the only to have replied, I propose you to write an article about it on your own ! - As you understand, it will be an opinion article, because I don't think we can compete with an american organisation of statistics ! But what you could do is to create your own list of quality living cities, with more "babelian" criteria of selection, and why not ask to young Romanians (or from other parts of Europe) to do the same, and then to sum it up in an article of 5.000 characters ? - You can also choose to do an opinion article about the list I sent you, with Vienna and Zurich as the best cities to live in, which would be a critic of this kind of classifications, of their criteria of selection, and why, in period of crisis and as a young european, you don't identify to that list ! Tell me if you like the idea, and don't hesitate to aske me anything to help you !
