PDL – el nuevo partido presidencial
A primeros de diciembre, Emil Boc (PD) y Theodor Stolojan (PLD) han comunicado la fusión de los propios partidos de quienes son presidentes, dentro de una nueva fuerza política en Rumania: el Partido Demócrata Liberal. Por lo demás, la fusión, aunque infirmada oficialmente, era previsible mucho antes de las elecciones parlamentarias, porque no hay ningún misterio en que Theodor Stolojan es cercano a Basescu, el PLD recibiendo ayuda por parte del PD en la campaña electoral, a las directivas del “maestro”. Ultima rundă: Nici un miracol!
Nu s-a produs nici un miracol după aceste 120 de zile de negocieri între Pristina şi Belgrad pentru definirea statutului provinciei Kosovo. Nici un tratat nu a rezultat în aceste ultime trei zile de negocieri agitate în Baden lângă Viena, Austria. Nici independenţa şi nici măcar autonomia. Nici o înţelegere asupra statutului. Votul uninominal – o temă de campanie electorală?
Pe 25 noiembrie românii vor avea posibilitatea de a spune dacă vor sau nu vot uninominal pentru alegerile parlamentare. Întrebarea cheie care se pune, este ştiu însă pentru ce votează? Introdus mai mult ca temă de campanie, decât ca subiect de interes public, votul uninominal, în cele două variante propuse (cea a preşedintelui, reluând un proiect mai vechi al PSD şi cel asumat de Guvern, iniţiat de APD), rămâne o necunoscută pentru majoritatea cetăţenilor. Beneficiarii direcţi? Oamenii politici care câştigă capital de imagine pe baza promovării acestuia. Secundar, sperăm să ajungem şi noi să ne bucurăm de beneficiile unui nou sistem de vot.
