After all these years - listening to his interview - you are now sure that this man is completely oblivious of the disaster he's incurred on his own country. Political disrespect, economic disaster, emerging of radical non-democratic movements, outward destruction of freedom the way Americans knew it. So, yes, civil service in Iraq, while appropriate would and will not "wake him up" EVER. The reson? His upbriging and education made sure he is oblivious to "others' concerns" and tuned to his own ONLY.
