I Love all the photos! They are so amazing! Beeing in black and white gives it a sense of reality and movement. We can perfectly see the Homo Urbanus on them. The one taken in Paris (my favourite), remind us that we live in a multicultural and multiracial Europe, and that, nowadays, it´s the only way Europe makes sense: with its mixture! It would be great if we could have them exhibited in Lisbon.

I don't know but the one taken in Madrid has a distinct NYC flavour to it...the light and shadows in the pictures make them worth taking a second look, because sometimes just an image with a tiny dot for a person on it can get a little boring ,,, even though the structures all around look quite impressive.

Is the EU really serious with Turkey about membership?

According to a friend of mine working at the European Commission, EU officials are mostly in favour of deepening the European integration rather than enlarging it with new countries such as Turkey. I'm personally in favour of Turkish accession, but I'm not sure Brussels wants to really deal with it now.
