Flowers, song, and shaven heads… 'Hare Krishna, hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, hare hare...' Entranced by the deep monotonous chanting, a young man fans a plastic statue of the founder of the Hare Krishna sect. Around him a crowd gathers. Have they come to support the Krishna movement or to learn from their wisdom? No, the happy crowd are waiting around for a promised free vegetarian meal.
