Schocking pictures from Athens today, during the demonstrations against the austerity measures that the govenrment brings to the public utilities
During the demonstration, which in general was peacful, a group of protestors threw gas bombs against the policemen and tried to break in to the Parliament House. There are some information about bombs reaching the Parliament however, they are not cross-checked yet.

Protestors, attacked the former Conservative Minister Mr. Hatzidakis, who escaped thanks to a group of policemen. The pictures are schocking indeed, however they somehow show the wrath against the political system. Is finally the only way for the politicians to understand that things have come to an end? That people cant stand any more measures?  There is an ancient proverb telling, ''The wrath of people is God's voice''. And it seems that it comes true in Greek politics today..
