Young journalists in Asia and Europe are facing similar problems when realising their own young media projects; our society, media landscape and the information context are challenging them during their work. Cafebabel.
com is proud partner of the "Freedom of Young Media" competition: Until 20th September young journalists until 30 years can upload their articles, video- or podcast-files, photos and pdf-files to youthmedia.eu and AYCN.net, the social networks for young media makers from Asia and Europe. The competition has three categories: After the deadline on 20th September, an experienced jury consists of journalists and media professionals from both continents will evaluate the submissions and choose ten winners, which will be announced and awarded in October 2009.
