French village accidentally becoming anarchist utopia

With just one month to go before municipal elections in the village of Vesc in the Drôme province nobody is running for election. But the people have heartfelt, passionate reasons for not rallying: “no time” or “don't really  feel like it” were among the most stated reasons for not running. With no leader on the horizon, Vesc might accidentally become an anarchist utopia.

A male Queen of England?

A 700 year old law in Great Britain will have to be changed. The text says that the wife of the king must carry the title “queen”. Since gay marriage came inyoto law last year in Great Britain, it is now possible that the next queen will be male.
