Cutover to the new IT platform starts on 2 May at 23.59. The system change does not affect check-in or flight operations. New web page and booking environment will be available for our customers on 5 May.
The new IT platform will enable Estonian Air to provide more advanced and convenient services, for instance e-ticket. Check-in with e-ticket will be considerably easier and smoother.Amadeus IT platform will make it possible to purchase on Estonian Air web site, in addition to Estonian Air network, also connecting flights throughout Europe with our partner airlines. This makes travel planning and ticket purchasing much less complicated.(Kaja Koovit, )
