Despite being Neapolitan, the comedian Totó knew how to play with the Italian language. The following clip is from his film Totò, Peppino e la malafemmena (‘Totò, Peppino and the Bitch’ 1956). Totò is in Milan, trying to track down a certain Marisa Floriano. The comedian is 100% convinced that only Austrians live in the Italian north, and that another language is spoken by the residents here.
