Babel International
Babel International is a non-governmental association that publishes the European magazine cafebabel.com. It is the umbrella organisation gathering ordinary members (local associations), individual members, and members of honour that make up cafebabel.com. Founded in Strasbourg, under the 1908 Law of Associations, you can consult the Articles of Association (in French).
Babel International was awarded consultative status at the Council of Europe in October 2003.
